I am very happy with the service. My Cashew tree suffered on transport and did not survive but they replaced it immediately. The tree looks very healthy. I will surely buy again.

Horrible condition

Ordered this as a gift, paid extra to get it fedex expedited and the receivers got it in horrible condition, the leafs were browning and the tree looked very neglected- nothing like the pictures online. Reached out to support and they responded saying they can refund if we return it- but since it was a GIFT I can’t ask for it back. Very disappointed and I was looking to be a long time customer since I love gifting plants and trees.

cashew shock

Well I ordered 2 more tree from Everglades the mamey and fig tree arrived in beautiful shape and are doing very well however the cashew came apart when the container was cut and as good as I tried to plant it is went into shock and all leaves turned brown and fell off ? So if Everglades does not nwant to replce the tree that arrived in shipment with a broken ball I will not be doing any more business there! Nurseries on Pine Island do replace trees for their customers under these circumstances and so far Everglades has not offered to take care of threir customer's problem with a product that arrived in damaged condition? I think that for your future business you shoud think about that because I need more trees and will have to go elsewhere to find them??? So I would give you a good review otherwise and I do not know how to take pictures from a cell phone and send to e mail so I sent pictures of then tree with the Text number you have listed! I hope you do not leave me disappointed over this? Respectfully, Richard Hart.

Tree Died

Sorry but the tree arrived approximately 2 January but the top looked frost burned. I thought it would recover but the leaves dried out and then fell off and the whole tree died.
