I’ve ordered several fruit trees and this Cájú tree is the best looking and looks healthy. I rather walk into a place and pick my own because I like uniformed trees… meaning that they look evenly. As an example of what I don’t like: a different tree came in with several branches to one side, and absolutely none on the opposite side, and that’s putting all the weight on one side. That forces me to plant it facing the normal wind direction and spend years pruning it. And due to the fact that I’m not the type of person to return items, I either give it away or I deal with it, but I have absolutely no issues with this tree. My previous Cájú tree died within two weeks, and the previous one lasted about 3 months. Both were weak upon arrival.
The Cashew tree arrived quickly and in very good condition. I am looking forward to it thriving in its new home.
Can’t say enough about how impressed I am with Everglades. The tree was beautiful and healthy. Faster delivery than Amazon. It is a birthday present for my brother. I will definitely be buying from Everglades in the future.
Ordered a $140 tree. They severely topped the plant and cut back all the branches in order to fit it in the box. Sent photos and requested a refund according to their requested timeline and no response, refund or option for a replacement tree. Ordered 3 other trees at the same time, all of which came mostly potted with mulch and no to very little soil. Some of the other pots/root balls were so severely damaged during shipping that soil was all over the box on arrival. Also currently battling big millipede infestations in all of the potted plants. I only added potting soil to the plants so this is most likely due to remaining mulch and that decaying organic matter. All in all would not be as upset about the order if customer service would have responded and attempted to resolve concerns especially when purchasing plants $100 to $160 a pop.
