Avocado and lime trees arrived well packages and healthy

Strong, healthy avocado tree.

Among other plants from Everglade Farms, i had ordered a Hall Avocado. Came in well packaged and when it was supposed to arrive. Nicely branched and healthy in every way. Since i received it 2 weeks agp it has been growing new leaves. I didn't have to pay shipping nor drive to pick it up. I'm a long time plant nursery owner and operator. This is a solid company to trust with your plant needs.

Deceptive Practices

I ordered the tree and received it. When I went to plant the tree I discovered it was basically a bare root plant. Nowhere in the description did it mention bare root. I certainly would not have bought it had I known. To save the tree I planted it. I then sent an email inquiring about the tree. I was informed seeing as I planted the tree, I voided the warranty. Who would have ever guessed actually planting a tree voids a warranty. The tree has since died. Very poor business practice.
