I order from Everglades Farm in the past. All the plants I ordered were very big and arrived in good shape, but I received my plant yesterday when I down the box the plant was broken. The stake and the plant broke in half. Hoping to get a replacement plant. The company is a very good company I I will continue to order from them

Disappointed delivery

Received my tree upside down. Little support to keep it from being damaged. Result was 1/2 the tree was broken. I notified Everglades, sent pictures 2 weeks ago and I still wait for Everglades to respond back. Poor customer service by both FedEx and Everglades. I'm still waiting for your response Everglades.
