Not happy

Received the plant in a timely manner, but on inspection found small brown caterpillars in the soil. Notified Everglades Farms of the situation and they communicated a few remedies I could try, which I did. I should not have to worry that a plant I ordered could possibly infect all of my other plantings. They offered a $15 savings on my next purchase, which was a slap in my face. Why would I place a 2nd order when my 1st order was such a disappointment. If this plant was infected, doesn’t it make sense that others may be infected also?
I had such high hope, but so disappointed.
