Tree arrived in poor condition with a bunch of bugs in it

Arrived with lots of bunt leaf tips, dying leaves, and worm bugs that curled the leaves up to live in. Very sad tree. Having to try neem oil and safer soap to try to keep it alive. Not sure if it will survive. Zero response from customer service via email or chat.
The second Mexiola avocado tree arrived perfectly healthy in the same shipment.

Planting Ana Avocado

Two weeks ago Everglades Farm delivered a healthy Brogdon avocado tree that went into the ground immediately. It arrived 2 days before we had healthy rains, and she is growing beautifully. We've set up a beach umbrella to protect her during the intense sun of the afternoon while her roots take hold, and she is getting plenty of water. Looking forward to her growing and producing fruit.

Nice little tree

Very healthy but it’s about 2 feet tall. I paid for a 4 ft, 3 gallon tree. Customer service said it’s the pot size that matters, not the height. I bought this tree as a pollination partner for my Type A trees… hope this one grows fast.
