BAPTISTE mango tree

It was a large 3 gln tree but after 2 weeks ,with signs of root rot or may be infection. I always use a moisture meter!
The limbs began from top on to get dark and die back !
With a desinfected tool I cut the dead limbs without any result!
Even the trunk got dark and the tree died.
