The mango plant was well packed, arrived on time, and looked really healthy. I will buy from them again.

Happy.... then not

I received part of my order very quickly, and in great condition. They were healthy looking with many green leaves. Then, more than a week later, another ordered tree arrived. This late arrival had almost no leaves and those were brown. Those leaves have fallen off. Also, I received the wrong variety of mango, not the variety I ordered.
I immediately emailed but have received no response more than 1 week later. I am still hoping for a positive resolution.
