So far so good

Kari Star Fruit tree was delivered in a timely fashion, earlier than predicted. The tree itself came in solid condition. The leaves were a bit weathered, mostly green but hints of yellowing, from transport. The tree trunk is about an inch thick and there are at least 6 branches growing from the central leader. Overall, a quality star fruit tree - hopefully it performs well in my location (canyon lake, ca - zone 9a) as it does get frosty.

I received my tree severely damaged. More than likely from shipping. I took a picture for customer service and they sent out another one in a timely manner. Good size for a 3 gallon pot

Decent Plants - Awful Customer Service

Spent over a hundred bucks on a large star fruit tree. Shipping was quick, but the box came extremely damaged, the soil in the pot had fallen out everywhere and the tree's root ball and trunk was precariously loose in the unsecured packaging. Requested a warranty and provided the required documentation in the 48 hour time frame per their policy. It's been over a month, several email attempts and no response. I have tried using their chat feature for several days now on their website and keep getting bumped between their chat bot and a customer service representative that has not even begun to address the warranty. Going on three days with the chat box open on my computer now and they are still asking for information I've already provided them. Buyer beware if you need any follow up customer support.
