No customer service

Bought the Rollinia and Keo Savoy mango together. Rollinia survived but top part died from rot that was mid way of the tree. The mango suffered from shipping. The mango tree was tossed and was side ways, not upright, when opened. It wilted. Sent email to customer service provided on the paper that was included. Sent in the pictures, videos of the scratch test as instructed but never got a response. Its an expensive mango tree. Everglades needs to do a better job. I felt ripped off.
