Not what would be expected

My tree arrived yesterday in a cramped box with the top chopped off, and the branches twisted to fit it in to the box. Many of the leaves had fallen off, and I contacted the company and they told me as long as the tree was not DEAD there is no return policy.
I would not buy anything from them. Go to a local nursery. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this problem with Everglades farm.

Appreciate the inventory

The trees arrived looking good, needing water and some time to perk up bu have done well in their pots since we ordered about a month ago. We plan to keep them in pots and plant in the Spring. The only disappointment was that the 2 trees were very different sizes. I would guess one is at least a year if not more older than the other. Read the fine print: THE HEIGHT OF TREES INCLUDES THE POT. In the end, we're grateful we got at least one more mature tree. I do appreciate that we were able to find the Reed variety which has been difficult.

Questionable tree

The entire tree wilted after it arrived. Hoping it comes back to life soon. I should have took the recent 1 star reviews more seriously.

Definitely not 2-3ft tall

Tree arrived healthy and leaves are green. Some roots were starting to rod a bit, but the majority of the root are healthy. This is probably from the summer heat. As for the tree hight, it's not quite 2 ft-3ft... At best maybe 1.5 ft
