Application Rates
- Standard Application – Spread at a rate of 0.5 lb. per 100 sq. ft. over treatment area
- Lawns (With Other Fertilizers) – Apply in Spring and early Fall at 1 pound per 1,000 sq. ft. (this bag covers 5,000 sq. ft.)
- Lawns (Sole Fertilizer) – Apply in Spring and early Fall at 4 pounds per 1,000 sq. ft.
- Trees, Shrubs & Flowering Plants – Apply in Spring and Fall. For trees, apply evenly around the drip line at 1/2 lb. per each inch of trunk diameter. For shrubs and flowering plants, apply 1/4 cup per every 2 ft. of plant height
- Bedding Plants – Before planting, apply 1 lb. per 250 sq. ft. and thoroughly mix into soil
- Established Plants – Apply at 1 lb. per 500 sq. ft., wash any material off plants and work lightly into soil
