Where's my other Palmgain Fertilizer

I paid for 2 Palmgain 10 poubd bags each fertilizer and was charge for two but only got one!!!! Hard to talk to a human. Uggggghhhh. Email only that takes several days to respond. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.
