Came with black burnt leaves and proceeded to die within a week. Contacted customer service for days before they got back to me. When they did, they refused to send a replacement and told me I'd have to pay to ship the tree back and that it would have to be in 'good condition' 'for an exchange to be considered' -impossible since it didn't come in good condition in the first place. I did a chargeback through my credit card.
