Delivery was Thursday,1/23/2025, which is 8 days. The East Indian and one of the Carrie Mango tree came with their tops broken off. Leaves on all three trees were curled, crispy and brittle. I called the following Monday the email address provided for any issues doesn’t work. I was told by the lady at XTN 0 she would reach out to the lady in the service department to send me an email so I could reply with the photos etc and what was going on the trees. She told me I could also find the email address on the website. I explained I clicked replied to the email I had received from the same service department and also by typing in the email address that’s on the website. None of it worked. I sent the same email to my other emails and the email went through so obviously there’s something wrong your company’s email that is listed. So the lady in the service department sent me an email from the same email she had before which I had clearly stated to the lady at XTN 0. This email stated warranty is on the trees for two days so I was outside of the period but to send her pictures of the trees via email (the same email address that’s not working)so she can see how best she can addressed my issue. I called back XTN 0 on Tuesday same thing. I called back XTN 0 on Wednesday and voiced my frustration. I asked to speak with the Lady in the Service Department. I was told I could not because she’s not in the United States and there are no extension to transfer me to her. I asked who is in the United States I could speak to? I was told she (by the lady at XTN 0 she would let her boss know of my issue and she would reach back out the lady in the Service Department. She took my contact information. I am yet to see an email or to speak with someone. One of the issue here is the two days warranty but the order confirmation email it stated that yes trees might arrived broken and stressed but wait a few days for the trees to improved. These trees are yet to show any signs of improving. I decided not to call anymore and upset my peace. Your company’s poor customer service and dishonesty will not make me any worse nor better. Will not be purchasing anything more from your company.
The 4 trees looked great but 1 pot was placed on top of the other 3 pot and when the box was closed it broke the top of the one pot that was placed on top of the other pots

Tree arrived almost 6 days late. Not sure what happened but it was the transit issue not the nursery issue. Trying to nurse it back to Health at this time. It is pretty sad and has lost all its leaves so far.
