Hoping the plant will survive.

Plant arrived with the soil outside the pot and half of soil in the pot but the roots are exposed,i replanted the tree back to the pot and 2 days later the leaves wilted and started to fall down. I am still hoping it will survive. Thanks for your concern.

Horrible customer service

Speaking to someone is impossible. They do not check or respond to emails in a timely manner, and when there is an issue with the shipper and your tree arrives 8 days late they refuse to honor their warranty. Will never purchase from them again!
