Lisa atemoya

I cannot give you a good review on this because you sent me the wrong plant, and I had to take my time to repackage the plant and shipped it back to you. I ordered one Gefner and one Lisa and you sent me two Gefners and double labeled one of the plants with a Lisa label below the Gefner label as if you were trying to sell it as either one, (although there was a third label on the plant saying it was a “Gefner”). It was deceiving, confusing and sloppy. As of the date of this review, I am still waiting for my correct Lisa to be shipped to me. I hope I will be getting the right plant this time.

Incidentally, this was not the first time it had happened to me. I had also bought a Lisa atemoya from you a year ago, and the same thing happened. You sent me a plant with the “Gefner” label on it even though I ordered a Lisa. When I called to inquire, you told me it was just a mislabeling and the plant was in fact a Lisa and not Gefner (even though the label said “Gefner”). Unfortunately, my plant died from the freeze and I was never able to confirm whether it was a Lisa or Gefner.

I am a repeat customer and have bought many plants from you in the past with no issue. However, I just somehow can’t get you to send me a correct Lisa atemoya.

Decent

The grafted tree looked like it was sick with a rust/fungus look. It hasn’t shown improvement with organic fungicide and neem oil but it is producing new leaves finally. About pricing, I do have a concern, I have boughten rare tropical trees online from other nurseries for less money with the plants being in way better health and shape. Almost a $100 for a stick with sick leaves is kinda hard to swallow and I only live a couple counties far from this nursery, so it didn’t take but a couple of days for this plant to arrive.
