Do not buy

Regret buying from here. They get their citrus from a third party grower and do not acclimate the trees to sun at all. Though the plant is listed at 6-8 hrs of full sun, acclimating my tree to any sun proved impossible, even under 30-50% shade cloth. I work professionally with tropical plants and know this shouldn’t have happened.

To make it worse, this company has almost no customer service. Their phone line doesn’t work, email is the only choice, and they have no concern for your problems once the tree is delivered. Tried to reach out with concerns of how quickly the tree was deteriorating, and only got condescending remarks that trees take a while to grow.

Find local growers if you live in Florida. Try to go see the plant in person, because with Everglades farm, even if the tree is in good condition, it will be small.

Reading other reviews made me realize they were supposed to send fertilizer with the trees. I bought 5 trees and they sent zero. Someone contacted them for the missing fertilizer, they sent it and didn’t tell that they charged his card for shipping. Buyer beware.

The tree is fine, customer service however…

I ordered a lime tree and a bag of fertilizer. The tree arrived and we are happy with it, however, they neglected to send the fertilizer. After a few calls they eventually shipped the fertilizer. Several days later I received a note from USPS that they had a package with $9 postage due (supposed to be free shipping). After emails and calls itt has not been resolved and I have not received the fertilizer.
