Plants always arrive quickly, packing is impeccable. Plants arrive in great shape, and when planted they always recover quickly due to such little stress. I’ve ordered a dozen trees, everyone of them has arrived perfectly.
I am writing this review based on the customer service.
They forgot one of my trees originally, after I sent a email to customer service, they replied the very next business day and had the tree shipped!
I am not sure in the tree at this point though!
The first tree was in pretty good shape, it did come with what looks liek a type of leave rough with oarnge/brown spots all over them,but the second tree is missing most of its leaves and a couple branches were broken, all of the leaves are yellow with the same spots.
I hope its just stress and shock from shipping!
Again 5 stars for the customer service, probably 3 stars for the condition of my tress though.

When I received this tree I noticed that the leaves were dry, I spoke to someone from your farm. I was told to water the carambola tree , that the leaves will get back green and healthy. I followed this instructions but alas, the tree never got better. I forwarded pic of trees- please advice
The tree arrived with drooping leaves that didn’t look very healthy. I have been nursing it back to health and it seems to be starting to make a comeback. Keeping my fingers crossed.
