Good time on arrival but too soon to rate

I appreciate how fast the product was shipped it's a little precocious at this point I follow instructions watering both plantswater each day I have questions it's sitting in about 2 weeks change the flaps to different containers please describe for me in detail so that I can do this just right!.. some leaves fell off others remain question? How soon can I expect the two plants to bear soursop fruit? I live in Temple Texas where today is October 23rd 2025.. what is the best sustaining weather inside outside we're headed into the fall season shady or sunshine please advise me on all of my concerns and I will be a good customer for you!
