Silas woods sapodilla

Although my Silas wood sapodilla was stuck in transit it arrived safely. It has been a week and it is still looking good. Can’t wait for it to grow and fruit.
Customer Service was excellent when I informed them that my order was stuck in transit, they started the process of a replacement order, which I had to cancel because the plants looks good when they finally arrived.

Horrible Customer Service

Placed an order and was delivered to the wrong address. Customer service doesn't exist until they decided to respond. Wanted me to wait for the delivery be corrected by having usps re-delivered. Another week gone by and for sure the trees are dead by now and only then decided to send a new shipment.

The response has mentioned I've put an incorrect shipping address during ordering and they did me a favor by correcting the address information. My order confirmation email clearly showed the correct address.

Then the next response said their system has shown the incorrect address and nothing they can do about it.

Everglades needs to learn how to have better customer service. I support local Florida nurseries but I can not recommend this one as they do not treat/respect your customers appropriately once they took your money.

If your order arrives correctly and in-time, you are lucky.

?? Cold Stressed Trees??

They shipped me two trees wherein shipping dealt the trees the final blows. Now, grafted branches are dried twigs. Seller said the trees will recover with care; I think they meant the rootstock will recover. Courteously, seller said what amounted to: "Too bad for you, Mr. Customer." I also ask to refer my concern up to supervisor level--no reply at all. However, shipping, packaging and the product trees from my previous purchases from seller were all top-notched quality.
