Straight and healthy. New growth is already showing

The tree came upside in the box due to the shipping and was damaged I was able to bind it back together and it healing but we will see what happens I emailed them and they said that’s normal which I figured they didn’t understand what happened or it was an automated message right now it’s fine and I’m waiting to see if it grows but right now the shipping experience was kinda a nightmare
