Mango tree arrived damaged or sick

My tree arrived with the top branches bent over and some of the leaves were brown and dying. The rest of the tree seemed fine so I thought it would bounce back, I proceeded to plant it using the instructions. Within 5 days the tree was in a worst condition. Contacted customer service who sent me their policy on warranty. Turns out you only have 2 days to report damage, after your tree arrives so if you see anything eventually slightly wrong don’t hesitate, don’t be like me and try to see if the plant will survive because customer service will not do anything even with proof. Now, I’m out $100. Definitely would not be ordering from this company again. I have attached pictures. One of just getting the plant, 5 days after and today’s pic. My tree is dead. I believe now that it probably was diseased.
