The plant was badly damaged by the heat upon arrival.

The plant dropped half of its leaves. The main leader’s growth tip is burned. I have sent 4 photos showing the progressive damage and all I get back is a canned reply about cold damage and nursing it back to health. I’ve kindly asked for store credit and have not received an answer. I am about ready to make the drive to Homestead to return the plant.
Customer service is non existent. It seems to be controlled by AI responses only.

Arrived well packaged which is normal for Everglades Farms shipments. Planted at correct depth in pot.
Most plants and trees we have purchased are planted to deep in pots. With trees we have received from Everglades Farms all have arrived planted in pots at correct depth.
