Unhealthy on arrival

Unfortunately, this Kesar tree wasn't in the best of shape upon arrival, but I've been trying to nurture it to see if I can coax it to survive, somehow. Been rapidly losing leaves since. The Madame Francis mango tree that I'd purchased the month prior was in much better shape when it arrived and is thriving, standing right next to this new Kesar, with same soil/amendments/indoor temp/grow lights/etc. I checked with support (sent pics and everything) and they sent me back links to stuff I already knew and had accounted for. But, it's a living organism, so who knows what happened. I'm not ready to write Everglades off yet, even though a 50% success rate isn't exactly ideal.
