Sabara tree

I payed for a 8 feet/ 15 gal sabara tree. When took it out to planted in my backyard, clearly notice by the size of the roots and all the soiled came off , except for an equivalent to 7 gallons, like it was recently transplanted to the 15 gallons bucket and that it was not what I pay for. That was a smaller size or younger tree
