Courtney Lawson The box did not have a right side up sticker on it, and so u p s delivered it upside down, which then made it so that all of the branches and stem was broken. I submitted pictures and an email to have a replacement tree Sent and was refused. I have ordered multiple things from this company. So I am very disappointed that they let me down on this one.Considering how much business I have given them.

Terry Sad face 😞 my emperor lychee came with half the leaves dropped off. Plant was supposed to be 36 inches tall. Only about half that size. The plant was only 10-12 inches. Feels like i got ripped off. I would not recommend this company.
