NneJ Kennedy I had originally ordered a Day and there was a error in the direction the box side up was placed. Upon contacting them they fixed the order and the replacement looks great.

Stuart Webb I'll start with the critical. Plants shipped with soil need to have the soil secured. The pot and soil were well wrapped with plastic, but there was still enough space for the soil to shake around some in transit. This breaks small roots and can cause unnecessary stress. I have lost plants because of this. Just back fill with some packing paper and the problem is solved. In this case I was lucky and there don't seem to have been adverse effects.
The good is that the plant was very healthy and has recovered well from transit! Overall I am pleased with my purchase. I will update if any future issues appear, but at this point it's probably on me if the plant doesn't thrive!
