The rootball wasn't packed very well. There's about a 2" space in the pot. As a result, the soil was not secured and it came lose from the rootball. Now the plant is struggling to recover and starting to wilt even after I enclosed it in a humidity chamber. If I hadn't placed it in a humidity chamber, it would have died already. Why didn't you filled up the space with filler material such as crumpled paper or paper towel and then taped tightly the pot so that the soil doesn't move? This is very very very poor packaging!
