Return Policy page

At Everglades Farm, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our nursery stock. Please reviewour return policy carefully:

Authorization and Timeframe

● All returns require prior authorization via email.
● Trees that have been planted cannot be returned.
● Claims for damaged or unhealthy trees must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
● Please water your tree daily while in your possession.

Restocking Fee

● Approved returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
● This fee does not apply to trees severely damaged during transit.

Return Process

If a return is approved, please follow these steps:
1. Email clear photos of the entire box and plant to service@everglades.farm.
2. Wait for our email containing a FedEx return label.
3. Pack the tree securely in its original box or a similar container.
4. Affix the provided label to the outside of the box.
5. Drop off the package at a FedEx location (e.g., FedEx Store).
6. Once we receive the tree, we'll process your refund or send a replacement.

Important Notes

● Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the order.
● Keep the tree well-watered while awaiting return authorization or instructions.
