Everglades Farms - Hassle-Free Returns for Your Tree Purchase

We want you to be completely satisfied with your tree purchase from Everglades Farms. In the unlikely event that you need to request a return or refund, we've made the process simple and straightforward. Please carefully follow the steps below for a smooth return experience:

Step 1: Requesting a Return Authorization:

  • Before returning a tree, you must obtain a return authorization (RMA) by sending an email to service@everglades.farm.
  • Please include the following information in your email:
    1. Order number
    2. Your name
    3. Clear pictures of the issue with the tree

Step 2: Eligibility for Return:

  • Nursery stock cannot be returned without our prior authorization.
  • Once a tree has been planted, it cannot be returned. To ensure your satisfaction, please inspect the tree upon receipt.
  • Claims for damaged or unhealthy trees must be reported within 48 hours of the tree's arrival.
  • While the tree is in your possession, please water it daily to maintain its health.

Step 3: Restocking Fee:

  • If your return is approved, it may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, except in cases of severe damage during transit.

Step 4: Initiating the Return Process:

  • If you're requested to return the tree, follow these steps:
    1. Email pictures of the entire box and the entire plant to service@everglades.farm.
    2. Once your return is approved, we will send you a UPS return label via email.
    3. Pack the tree securely in the original box or a suitable box.
    4. Attach the UPS return label to the outside of the box.
    5. Take the package to a UPS pickup location, such as the UPS Store.
    6. The tree will be back in our hands in a few days.

Step 5: Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned tree and verify its condition, we will process the refund.
  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method, minus the 25% restocking fee (if applicable).
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
  • Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable.
