Got a sick tree with the erinose mite. Very upset as this nursery had always shipped out healthy trees to me before. I told them and they denied it had the mite even though I sent in pictures showing the blisters on the leaves.
I can say that this was the best service that I have ever received from a nursery. The Miracle Berry plant arrived early and was securely packed in a special box prepared for it. The plant itself was healthy and well kept.
The soils around root system was loose and feel apart. The planting is struggling to establish itself. Can I get a refund?
