I am quite dissatisfied with my recent order. Out of the six trees I purchased, only two arrived in satisfactory condition. Unfortunately, three of the mango trees and one sour tree had severely damaged leaves with browning and holes. Additionally, I noticed that they placed one-gallon trees 12-18in in two-gallon pots, resulting in higher costs for the customer. This experience has left me disappointed, and I have decided that this will be my final order from this supplier. I will be taking my reviews and photos on google for more honest reviews.
My tree is dead have not been able to get a response from your staff. Very unhappy.
Purchased a Sugar Apple from Everglades Farms. It was much smaller than advertised, but it did arrive quickly. Unfortunately, it also arrived in a distressed fashion. I thought I would wait it out a week or so to see if it would recover. It did not. When I brought this to the attention of Evergreen, I was told that I was time barred -- all damage must be reported within 48 hours (way too short a period IMO). Just be aware of this when purchasing products from Everglades Farm.
