Think my plant was a little too tall for the box it was shipped in, since the top part was bent, but it does appear to be on the taller end of the 2-3 ft height range. Took a little bit to get it mostly straight/upright on the stake it came with. The bend doesn’t bother me too much since it’s probably around the height I’ll end up pruning down to anyways for the first set of lateral branches. Seems healthy overall. Had to add some additional soil to the top of the pot since there was some soil displacement during shipping as well.

Arrived healthy and don’t see any decline in the 2-ish weeks it’s been here. It’s more on the shorter overall height of the 2-3 ft range and appeared to have just finished new growth on the main stem/trunk. Looking forward to see it grow!

I ordered the 3 ft 3 gal of this plant and was expecting a typical young-ish plant that was still pretty thin. What I got was a thicker trunk than expected and it looked like the top had been lopped off fairly recently. Even though I was expecting a younger plant, having an older more mature plant works better for me since I prefer to shape my mangos starting on the shorter side. Also, since the trunk appears to be an older plant, I'm excited that it could fruit sooner. After about it a week or so, the buds near where it was lopped down to, started poking out. Now, roughly 2 weeks after receiving, there are around 7 branches that are working on growing and now I just need to decide which branch of those to keep lol. I did find that the new leaves, to me, kinda look like ”bubbly” which is kinda fun, compared to new leaves from my other mangos plants. Pic added for arrival vs today.

First off, the seller is very responsive. Very much appreciated her patience and politeness with my questions. The plant was shipped via FedEx quickly by the seller, but unfortunately being on the other coast, it took a week to get here since it was stuck in the same FedEx warehouse for 4 days, otherwise would have made it really quick. I was very concerned about the plant, but when it arrived, it was packaged very well, securely, and the soil still had plenty of moisture. Half of the leaves were yellow still with 4 green ones, most likely from being in darkness for a week. After a week or so keeping the plant indoors with indirect sunlight, the yellow leaves turned brown and dropped naturally, but a new leaf was already growing. Now I have 2 full size new leaves and the cacao seems quite happy. I hope to replant it next year, but plan to not disturb it for a while while it recovers. Thank you to the seller for help with suggestions to help the plant recover.

I received my plant a little over a week ago. It was a larger plant than expected. The plant top had to be bent, in order to fit, in its shipping box, but there was no stem breakage. A very healthy plant, indeed. I am pleased.

we love all 4 trees we have purchased from Everglades farm, they are always healthy when they arrive and our most recent tree the Sugar Belle we planted has taken root nicely, we can wait for to taste the fruit.

Tree looks really good. Repotted it in a clay pot rather than the flexible one it came in. New growth all over. I'm excited--been looking for one for 3 years when I came across Everglades website.

Everglades shipped earlier than expected. I also ordered a blue java banana tree. They arrived late (due to a problem with USPS hurricane related) but were expertly packed and were received in excellent condition despite the 3 extra days in transit. True to the description on the website. I would order from them again.
