The moringa tree, which was part of an order of three items total, was in great condition upon arrival. The soil was moist and secured inside the pot. The dwarf avacado tree was delivered in perfect condition in moist soil with a grow stake attached to it. I have since repotted, fertilized and added mulch in a medium sized container. I will probably repot to a larger terra-cotta later on...
